Join us for the after-party of the Stop the Coup! protest at the Tesla charging stations in Los Osos at the Los Osos Shopping Center. Parking of non EV vehicles is permitted in 13 of the 15 spots with chargers. We will park in the open spots, grab a drink and snack in a nearby store and stage a sit-in in our cars. You can display signs from the Stop the Coup! Protest or other signs you make. The message is for people to trade in their Teslas and divest from Tesla stock. The chargers can be used by Rivian and Ford too so if those cars show up you can make room. The chargers were put in by the county, not the businesses. Be sure to frequent the businesses in the center.
